Mr. Clements judged teams from Duke, Miami University, Yale, New York University, Arizona State, and Cornell College, and Ms. Clements judged teams from University of Michigan, Duke, Claremont McKenna, Vanderbilt, Lafayette College,  and Eastern Michigan University.  Winners were announced Sunday afternoon.  Placing first in their respective divisions were Harvard University and New York University.

Ms. Clements and Mr. Clements both won recognition at their respective top tier law schools for trial advocacy, and Ms. Clements, who has been a successful trial lawyer for many years, stated the competition far exceeded her expectations in terms of the quality and preparedness of the students.

The event, hosted by Mr. Clements' alma mater, Rhodes College, earned judges twelve hours of continuing legal education credits in Arkansas.
